What we do
Assess against the campaign. We look at the garden the way a buyer will on a Sunday afternoon, and the things a camera will pick up on photography day. We prep for both.
Fill the gaps. Targeted planting where beds look thin, chosen for what will look established immediately rather than what will be lovely next season.
Fresh mulch throughout. The single highest-impact thing you can do to a garden. Beds look tidy and cared-for, rather than tired.
Prune, shape and edge. Crisp edges and clear lines photograph as ready to move in. Overgrowth looks like work waiting for the buyer.
Clear and tidy. Green waste, dead material, the pile behind the shed. Gone.
Pre-Open Home visit. An optional whip-around before each open home so it's at its best every time.
Timed to your campaign
We work back from your dates. Photography Day is the one that matters most - it produces the images that will sell the house, and they need the garden at its best, not recovering from a hard prune. Retouching can only do so much, so we get the garden looking right.
We can coordinate directly with your agent and photographer so nobody has to project-manage it. Set a deadline and we'll build the schedule.
Why the garden is worth the attention
A styled interior tells a buyer the house has been looked after. A neglected garden undoes all the hard work, and it's the first thing any one will see.
More practically, an overgrown garden reads to a buyer as a job they'll inherit, and jobs get mentally deducted from what they're prepared to offer.
